All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website or in orders that have been placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you to inform you of the correction and give you the option to cancel your order.

4. Product Authenticity

Retrolica products are replica jerseys. They are not original vintage items, nor are they officially licensed by the teams or organizations whose designs they replicate. Our jerseys are faithful reproductions created for cycling enthusiasts who wish to celebrate the history and aesthetics of classic cycling designs.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with Retrolica, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners, and we do not store your full credit card information.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@retrolica.com within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, your order may have already entered production or shipping, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on your location and order value. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

The designs of the jerseys we sell are replicas of historical cycling team designs. Retrolica does not claim ownership of these original designs, nor do we claim any affiliation with the teams, riders, or organizations represented.
