Our 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
No Final Sale Items: All our products are eligible for return within the 30-day window, as long as they meet the return conditions. We do not have clearance or final sale items that are excluded from returns.
Size Exchanges
If you order the wrong size, we can help you exchange it for the correct one. Please contact us at support@retrolica.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will provide you with exchange instructions and arrange the process.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.
Exchanging for a Different Design
If you wish to exchange your jersey for a different design, please contact us at support@retrolica.com. Such exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed as a return and a new order. Standard return conditions apply.
Refunds
We offer full refunds for items that are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. There are no restocking fees or deductions from your refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@retrolica.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions, a return authorization, and the return address.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely with all original tags attached and ship it back to the address we provide.
- Customer pays return shipping costs for both refunds and exchanges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with no alterations
- All original tags still attached
- Returned in original or similar packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet the return conditions listed above cannot be accepted for return or exchange. This includes:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned without their original tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received your returned item and confirmed it meets our return conditions, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@retrolica.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
