Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@retrolica.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (for example, no one is available to sign for it), they will typically leave a notice and attempt delivery again or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please follow the carrier's instructions to receive your package.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
