Return Rules

How to Return Your Jersey

1. Step 1: Email support@retrolica.com with your order number
2. Step 2: We'll send you return instructions
3. Step 3: Ship it back (you pay return shipping)
4. Step 4: Refund processed within 5–7 business days

Size Exchanges

Got the wrong size? Contact support@retrolica.com with your order number and desired size. We'll arrange your exchange. You pay for return shipping to send us the original size.

Damaged Items

If your jersey arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@retrolica.com with photos of the damage. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost – we cover return shipping for damaged items.

Lost Packages

All our shipments are tracked and insured. If your package is lost in transit:

1. Contact us at support@retrolica.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
2. Provide your order number
3. We'll investigate with the shipping carrier
4. Once confirmed, we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund
